Shipping costs for returns (unless due to our error) are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Returns: No returns accepted on SpongeMail products once shipped, as they are perishable.
  • No refunds for already-shipped items.

  • Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on these products.
  • Eligibility: Full refund (including original shipping) if returned in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Items must show no signs of obvious abuse, misuse, or wear beyond normal use.
  • Process: Contact us to obtain a return authorization. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us. Refunds processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
