This offer is designed to let you experience our award-winning, microplastic-free sponges risk-free. By claiming this offer, you agree to the following terms. 1. Eligibility

  • This promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii due to shipping limitations).
  • You must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
  • Employees, officers, and immediate family members of Underdog Kitchen, its affiliates, or promotional partners are not eligible.
  • One (1) free sponge per household/email address. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
  • Offer void where prohibited by law. Underdog Kitchen reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify entrants at its discretion.

2. How to Claim the Offer

  • Visit the landing page via your referral link and complete the simple form with your name, number, email, and shipping address.
  • The sponge is provided FREE of charge (valued at $3.48 retail). No other fees or subscriptions are required to claim the trial.
  • Shipping: Orders ship within 3-5 business days via USPS First Class Mail. Delivery takes 5-10 business days. We are not responsible for delays due to weather, strikes, or carrier issues.
  • Limit: First 500 valid claims per month (or until supplies last). Once depleted, the offer ends—check back next month!

3. No Purchase Necessary & Subscription Path

  • No purchase is required to receive the free sponge. This is a genuine trial to introduce you to SpongeMail.
  • After receiving your trial, you may opt into our subscription service (e.g., monthly 4-packs at $11.95, 18% off). Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime via your account dashboard—no penalties.
  • If you do not subscribe, that's fine! But if you love it, referring friends earns you credits (e.g., 1 free bonus sponge per 5 friends referred).

4. Refunds & Returns

  • 30-Day Happiness Guarantee: If you're not thrilled with your free sponge (e.g., damaged or not as described). Throw it away or compost it.
  • We do not refund you, as this is a limited promotional free item.
  • All sales (including future subscriptions) are final except as required by law.

5. Use of Information & Referrals

  • By submitting your info, you consent to receive one (1) follow-up email about your trial and subscription options (opt-out anytime via unsubscribe link).
  • Referrals: Sharing your referral link with friends is encouraged. Successful referrals (friend claims and provides valid shipping info) earn you rewards. We track via referals—no spam to your contacts.
  • You agree not to abuse the program (e.g., fake referrals), which may result in termination and forfeiture of rewards.

6. Intellectual Property & Promotions

  • All SpongeMail designs, trademarks, and content are owned by Underdog Kitchen Company. You may not reproduce or sell trial products.
  • We may use your testimonial (anonymized) for marketing with your permission.
  • Underdog Kitchen reserves the right to modify or end this promotion at any time without notice. Current terms apply to your claim.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Underdog Kitchen is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from this offer, including but not limited to product allergies, shipping errors, or use of the sponge.
  • The sponge is safe for intended use (kitchen cleaning) but not for consumption or medical purposes. Discontinue if irritation occurs.
  • Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

8. Changes to Terms We may update these terms periodically. The version in effect at the time of your claim applies. Check this page for the latest.
